Ridgeline’s summer accommodation is the beautiful traditional family run farmhouse and Agriturismo set in the heart of the Garfagnana’s valley.

The Agriturismo is set around a large pool with a bar and the family run restaurant with in and outdoor seating.

The rooms are predominantly large spacious split level mezzanine apartments with 2-3 separate beds. Each room is ensuite with shower and toilet, and comes with a fridge or event a small kitchenette.

Our package price is usually based on two people from the same group sharing a mezzanine room. Single room supplements are also available on request at a surcharge.

There is a separate guest house that can accommodate smaller groups or a few couples looking for a bit more privacy.

The Ridgeline base is integrated into the Agriturismo and includes our lockable bike storage with a professional ParkTool garage, bike wash area and all the spare parts that you need. Our bike garage comes with an outside seating area, where you can enjoy the evening sun with an after ride beer from the garage fridge or giving your bike some maintenance after a long day out.

The Agriturismo is nicely set in a green quiet area, next to a horse ranch. But it is only a 15min walk away to Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, the center town of the valley, including shops, bars and even an Irish Pub.

In the winter and spring months we are based right on the coast by the beach in the stunning coastal town of Massa-Carrara.

The accommodation is a large privately run villa hotel that is split up into many small 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments. Perfect for small or large groups, each room has its own ensuite bathroom and shower, along with a mix of single and double beds to suit all needs.

The villa is in a private secure gated area, with private access to the beach just 70m from the accommodation.

There are private balconies from the rooms to secure your bikes in, along with wash area and access to our mobile ParkTool workshop.

Restaurants and bars are all very close to the accommodation and it is situated perfectly between the three mountains that we operate on in the winter months.

The National Italian Alpine Society (CAI) funds these incredible assets to the mountain fraternity throughout the summer months that allows us to access the most remote trails and landscapes.

Over the course of the past years, we have selected some of the most spectacular mountain huts in the Apennines and Apuan Alps and have incorporated them into our tours to give you the full experience of these stunning mountain ranges.

The accommodation in these hidden away huts is basic but comfortable, ranging from private rooms, to shared rooms to large bunk bed style rooms.

Our Backcountry Adventure tour is based in one of the most remote Rifugio’s that you can only access by foot or bike, and the accommodation is a large room full of bunkbeds that can sleep up to 30 people. There is also a small bivouac outside and for the more adventurous, sleeping al fresco on the heli pad perched on the side of the cliff is an option that many of our guests have enjoyed.

Bedding is provided at each Rifugio, along with showers and wash facilities.

In all Rifugios there is a restaurant/ kitchen that serves three course hot meals, along with a bar.

Each Rifugio can also accommodate charging for e-Bikes.

On our self supported e-Bike trip of the Cinque Terre we stay in a different hotel or private accommodation every night. This all evolves around the group size, but each place that we work with has been chosen to suit all your needs and provides a unique experience.

The hotels are always right by the sea in the picturesque and beautiful villages and towns of the Cinque Terre. Each place offers a full continental breakfast buffet to start the day with. The trip is based on two people sharing a large twin room, or three bed apartment. As we are based in the famous coastal towns every night, there are an abundance of restaurants walking distance from the hotels to suit every need, but seafood is the speciality here.

Each place has either a lockable garage for the bikes to be safely stored and charged overnight. In some cases, the bikes are allowed to be brought into the rooms for storage and charging when the accommodation does not have a dedicated bike garage.

Our partnership with the main operators on Elba gives us access to the stunning accommodation right on the coast of Lancona, just a stone throw away from the stunning beach and beautiful bay.

The accommodation is made up of many small guest houses, perfect for splitting the group up into single rooms, double rooms or small apartments of up to 4 people.

Each condo comes with ensuite shower and bathroom, small kitchenette area along with a garden or balcony to enjoy the sea views.

Besides a fantastic pool and large buffet breakfast bar, the place even comes with its own pumptrack. The main bike garage comes with its own mechanics area, e-Bike charging station and wash area.

In the surrounding of the place are plenty of stunning restaurants right on the beach and many bars to keep you entertained after a long days ride in the mountains.
