Our guide Davide is not only a passionate racer and trail builder, he also fell in love with the art of beer brewing. For many years now Davide has been creating and brewing his own beer, specialising in full-bodied Ale beers for mountain biking events and races. Together with friends, Davide has established his own unique beer brand called La Staffetta.
As the Ridgeline team has become a fan of La Staffetta’s beer, we decided to set up a little beer tasting for our guests after one of the days riding together with Davide. What better way is there than ending a great day of riding with a little beer tasting session at the end of the trail?
